Client Feedback and Approval
Prompt client feedback and approval are required for all projects undertaken by us unless auto-approval is provided in writing. If we do not receive client feedback for 30 days or by the project completion date (whichever comes first), we reserve the right to retain the full cost of the project since we pre-allocate resources for its entirety. Clients will not be eligible for a full refund, although a partial refund may be possible upon mutual agreement.

Changes to Client Website (General) 
We advise all clients to routinely back up their websites to prevent data loss. We will not be liable for any loss of data or issues related to the website. Clients should never make any changes to their website without informing us beforehand.

Changes to Website META Tags
Changing the website template, design, or META tags can impact rankings and traffic. We strongly advise clients not to change any META details or content on a landing page or website without our prior knowledge. We will not be responsible for any loss of rankings or traffic resulting from changes to the META, content, design, or other website elements.
